OQR Wellness specializes in nutrition, exercise, and stress management aspects of health and wellbeing. Coaching is designed to improve resiliency, problem solving, and self-efficacy in the pursuit of ones health and wellness journey.

    Coach Jaz is a Board certified health and wellness coach and follows the NBHWC code of ethics and guiding principles to ensure the best quality coaching experience for clients.

OQR stands for Observe, Question, and Research. You may recognize these as steps of the scientific method! These three steps are often utilized in an scientific setting, but can easily be applied to our wellness journey and help us create a more logical and objective approach to our health and well-being.
